This is considered the top tier of the sea moss family and as a result is much more expensive than other sea moss. To make gel first rinse and strain 2-3 T of sea moss then soak in alkaline or filtered water for 12 hours, Strain again and add 1-2 oz boiling water into a blender with the sea moss, blend until it is a smooth gel, store overnight in fridge to finish the thickening process. Enjoy up to 1 T of gel per day.
