Magnesium oil is not actually an oil, however it feels like one when applied in spray form. To Use: Spray on feet and/or legs 1-2 times per day. You may experience a tingling sensation when you first start to use it, this will decrease over time. The human body with naturally only only absorbe the amount it needs, which I think is pretty awesome.
